Which payment methods do you support?
We support two local currencies today: VND in Vietnam (VietQR, bank transfer, MoMo, ZaloPay, Viettel Money) and PHP in the Philippines (QR Ph, GCash, Maya, GrabPay), plus USDT on-chain. The methods enabled on your account depend on your configuration.
How fast do deposits get confirmed?
Deposits over real-time bank rails are typically confirmed within seconds of the player paying. We send a signed callback to your server as soon as the order succeeds, and you can also query the order status at any time.
How do payouts work?
You create a payout through the API or the dashboard. We can verify the beneficiary name first, then dispatch the transfer through the best available channel and notify you of the final result by callback.
Can we settle in USDT?
Yes. You can hold a USDT balance, convert between VND or PHP and USDT with a quoted rate inside your account, and withdraw USDT on-chain to your own wallet.
How long does integration take?
Most teams finish integration in a few days. The API is plain HTTPS with JSON responses and signed requests, and the sandbox mirrors production behaviour including callbacks.
What happens if a payment channel goes down?
Orders are routed across multiple channels. Unhealthy channels are taken out of rotation automatically and traffic is redirected, so an upstream incident does not stop your cashier.
Is there a hosted cashier page?
Yes. You can redirect players to our hosted cashier, or request the raw payment data (QR string, account details) and render it inside your own interface.
